I'm doing a charity challenge for prostate cancer this month along with members of my family. We are all doing Movember but because I'll struggle to grow a moustache (haha) I'm also running 3 miles a day throughout November but with every run being faster than the last. I'm doing it for my dad who has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
