Yr 7 Litter Pick
Last week our Year 7 Student Directors decided to clean up our school site with a last minute litter pick.
Year 7 Maddie arranged the activity with the help of Mr Foster who was happy to provide the gloves, bin bags and litter grabbers. The group spent a short time picking litter from our playgrounds and grassed areas to look after our school environment.
Mr Foster was so impressed by their positive attitudes to what can be an unpleasant job that he has decided to award all of them with LORIC badges. The group obviously enjoyed the activity and making a difference to our school as another group have volunteered to take part in a future litterpick.
