Join our Orchestra!

Our School Orchestra, run by Mr McGuffie, meets every Tuesday morning at 8.00am downstairs in the Music/Quinn block.

Mr McGuffie and the group, would like to invite students who play a brass, woodwind or string instrument (at Grade 3 or above) to join them. The group plays a wide range of music from film scores to Latin American.

Mr McGuffie said,

"We are currently working on an Argentinian Tango and it would be great to be joined by new members. The more the merrier!"

Entrance to M5 is at the back of the Music/Quinn block down a few stairs (please let a member of staff know if you are struggling to find the room).

We also run a range of other Music groups in school such as the new Glee Club after school on a Monday and Tuesday, the Eagles Percussion group (Grade 2 and above) which meets on Mondays at 7pm and the Vocale Rock Choir (which requires a freindly audition before joining) on a Wednesday morning before school.
