House Competition Results
Over the last academic year our students have all been involved in many house events attempting to gain enough house points for their own Houses to become champions.
Although points are earned for winning in some of the activities, points have also been awarded for taking part - we aim to increase participation and a feeling of belonging through friendly competition.
Years 7 - 10 all took part in eight team sporting activities this year, as well as a 'Move More' run, where they scored points for attendance and conduct. Our mass participation Sports Day at the end of the year also earned students house points. In addition to all our sporting activities, the Schools University award Years 7, 8 and 9 have undertaken has also been calculated into house points.
During the last week of term our Heads of Houses held awards assemblies revealing the year group results and also the overall school House champions. Our student House Captains were awarded with certificates and thanked for all their help getting their fellow house mates involved in all the activities.
