Bright Sparks Sponsored Walk
Last Wednesday our school-run playgroup, Bingley Bright Sparks, did a sponsored walk in aid of a local girl suffering from Rett Syndrome.
Isabelle Barnett lives locally and developed Rett Syndrome after her first birthday. Isabelle's parents are raising money to purchase an eye gaze machine which would allow Isabelle to communicate with others with just a look.
The children arrived in fancy dress and toddled along the canal to the five rise locks and back from St Aidan's Church in Crossflatts.
The group had a lovely morning and hope that the money raised will help Isabelle and her family.< Back to all news stories
